Cycle on Life 2026

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What time do the rides start?
A: Ride start times for 2026 will be announced shortly. Start times will be staggered to help ensure that everyone gets back to Riverview in time for lunch!

Q: What if I get lost?

A: We’ve planned routes carefully to help avoid this. Route signage and maps will be provided to guide you back to Riverview. We’ll also share an assistance phone number closer to the event, just in case.

Q: Will I receive a tax receipt?

A: Yes. All registration fees are considered donations. Tax receipts will be issued accordingly.

Q: Can I register my entire team?

A: Yes. Please note that if you register and pay for multiple team members at once, the registration and tax receipt will be issued under one name and cannot be split. If each team member would like their own registration and tax receipt, they must register individually.

Q: Do I need to wear a helmet?

A: Yes. All riders are required to wear a helmet, regardless of ride distance. This requirement is outlined in the event waiver and will be enforced on event day. If a rider removes their helmet during the ride, Riverview Health Centre Foundation is not liable for any injuries that may occur.
