Hi, I'm Natalie.

I’m a mom of two, a nurse, and this year I'm participating in Dancing for Gold® to help raise money for Book for Hope.

As a mother, my children are at the center of everything I do. They have taught me more about love, perspective, and what truly matters than anything else in life. Being a mom is also one of the reasons this cause is so meaningful to me. I hope to show my children the importance of showing up for others and serving our community. Through Dancing for Gold, I am not only supporting children and families facing childhood cancer, but also honoring the mothers who show extraordinary strength, courage, and love as they walk beside their children every step of the way.

I've been a nurse for more than 15 years, and throughout my career I've had the privilege of caring for patients and families during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. While my work has primarily been with adults, I've seen how illness impacts entire families—not just the person receiving treatment. The emotional stress, financial strain, and uncertainty can be overwhelming.

That's why I believe so strongly in the mission of Book for Hope.

The families facing childhood cancer in our community should know they don't have to walk that road alone. Through Dancing for Gold, we have the opportunity to come together and help ease some of the burdens these families face so they can focus on what matters most.

I’m honored to be part of an event that turns compassion into action and brings people together for such an incredible cause.

I invite you to join me in supporting Book for Hope and the local families they serve. Every donation, sponsorship, prayer, and word of encouragement is truly appreciated. Together, we can help ease some of the burdens these families face and remind them that they have an entire community standing behind them.
