About DuPage Children’s Museum
For more than 30 years, we've been inspiring families to laugh, learn, and love spending time together. Every experience is designed to help children develop creativity, resilience, and perseverance — strengths that help them to thrive as innovative problem-solvers and life-long learners.
With a focus on STEM and Arts education essential for learning, as well as a commitment to diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion, DCM provides an incomparable early education experience for children and serves as a critical resource for caregivers, educators, and social service partners.

The COVID-19 Pandemic has challenged our Museum, but with the trust and support of donors and the communities we serve, DCM has increased our relevance and deepened our impact. We leaned into designing and implementing new strategies to meet our audiences where they are. The result was creative innovative and impactful programming that removed barriers to access while delivering quality hands-on early learning and STEAM experiences.
We are grateful for a community that has funded, volunteered, celebrated, and advocated for DCM throughout the years.
