Damien Center is proud to host Indy's largest dining fundraiser and one of the longest running Dining Out For Life (DOFL) events in the country. DOFL raises much-needed funds to help the Damien Center continue the effort against HIV in our community and help support those affected by it.


Dining Out For Life is made possible by the dozens of participating local restaurants, bars, and breweries. On June 16, 2022, all participating locations will donate a generous portion of their proceeds to Damien. The generosity of our fundraisers, restaurants, donors, and volunteers will help us continue to lead the effort to end HIV in Indiana.

Get Involved

The success of Dining Out For Life can be attributed to our amazing community support and volunteers. 

Here are some easy ways YOU can help:

  1. Become a Fundraiser - Spread the word to your circles and give them the opportunity to donate and advocate for Damien Center. Sign up as a team or an individual to help Damien Center raise vital funds to end HIV in Central Indiana.

  2. Volunteer the day of the event – Become an Ambassador on June 17, 2021! Ambassadors are a core pillar of #DOFL317, serving as the public face for the Damien Center the day of the event. Ambassadors help promote the event to their friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors and serve as the primary volunteers and advocates the day of the event. All In-Person Ambassadors are assigned to a participating restaurant in teams of two. Ambassadors will be present at the restaurants to talk to patrons about the center's services and to encourage diners to make a donation. Sign up today! 

  3. Share – Every time you share our #DOFL317 campaign, you are spreading the message of the Damien Center and exposing us to a new audience that may not be familiar with our work. Share on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or via email – share with your friends, family, and coworkers!

  4. Advocate – Advocate on behalf of the Damien Center for our clients and our efforts to end HIV in Central Indiana! Ambassadors will be given a social media toolkit and when used in conjunction with the information on our website, we can work against misinformation and reduce stigma.

  5. Give – Every dollar matters in reaching our goal. No donation is too small to make an impact on our clients.
