Every 90 minutes someone is diagnosed with and another passes from ALS. This underscores the urgency and emphasizes the need to find a cure. Your support is vital in helping the over 1,000 patients living with ALS in North Carolina. Your dollars help sustain our free Care Services programs and fund critical research. Together, we will Drive Out ALS.
Join us as we honor Evelyn Blanton, co-founder of Blanton's Plumbing & Electric, with the 2nd Annual Chris Combs Courage and Community Award. This recognition for her support of the "Grandma Coolidge" truck, which honors her late son, Michael Blanton, who passed away from ALS in 2008. A portion of all calls from her truck supports ALS United North Carolina in its mission to assist those living with ALS.
