About Cookin' for a Cause 2025
The Evangelical Community Hospital Foundation is hosting Cookin’ for a Cause, where chefs raise awareness and funds to support WellSpan Center for Breast Health in Lewisburg.

Every October Evangelical Community Hospital celebrates National Breast Cancer Awareness month with Cookin' Men. This event is widely anticipated each year by sponsors, participating chefs, and many members of the community. Unfortunately, an in-person event is not possible this year due to the pandemic. We are still focused on raising funds to support patients of the Thyra M. Humphreys Center for Breast Health and welcome you to the 2020 Cookin' Men Online Chef Challenge! All funds raised will be used to provide diagnostic and screening mammograms and ultrasounds for uninsured and underinsured patients.

Last year in 2024, Rick Schuck won Top chef for raising over $13,000 for WellSpan Center for Breast Health at WellSpan Evangelical Community Hospital in our month long campaign!
