The mission of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation is to find cures for Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, and to improve the quality of life for children and adults affected by these chronic diseases.

For over 50 years, the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation has supported critical research, investing over $368 million towards finding cures and better treatment for these diseases. We are proud to recognize that The Foundation has been involved in every major breakthrough in IBD research.

By funding The Foundation, you are supporting the 103,000 chronically ill patients living in the Philadelphia/Delaware Valley region as well as dedicated scientists and medical professionals who are advancing research in IBD, including at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The Philadelphia/Delaware Valley Chapter raises over $1.8 million annually to support these efforts.
