Helpusadopt.org invites you and your loved ones to join us for an inspiring evening in celebration of the adoption community and the families we have built together nationwide!

On October 14, 2025 we will be holding our annual Faces of Adoption® Fall Gala. The gala will include an in person cocktail reception in Philadelphia beginning at 6:30 PM, and a live program beginning at 7:00 PM. 

The live program will feature a speech from a Helpusadopt.org grant recipient family as well as messages from Helpusadopt.org families nationwide.

Tickets are required to attend the in-person cocktail reception at Overbrook Golf Club in Villanova, PA. The reception on October 14th will include inspiring speakers, cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, food stations, and a LIVE AUCTION! Overbrook Golf Club is located at 799 Godfrey Road, Villanova PA 19085. Sponsor guests and VIP ticket holders are invited to attend a special VIP Reception from 6:30pm to 7pm. General entry will begin at 7pm.

Helpusadopt.org is a national 501(c)(3) financial grant program that helps couples/individuals (regardless of race, religion, gender, ethnicity, marital status or sexual orientation) with the cost of their adoptions by awarding grants up to $30,000. We support domestic, international and foster care adoptions and do not charge our applicants to apply.  Since 2007, we have awarded 947 adoption grants totaling $9.875 million.
