Falcon Walk is Holy Spirit School's annual fundraising campaign to support our mission to provide a Catholic community dedicated to faith formation, academic excellence, individual growth, and service to others.
Through your gift, Falcon Walk supports student activities, program enhancements, facility improvements, classroom supplies, and teacher appreciation activities that fall outside of our school budget. A portion of the funds raised during Falcon Walk will be allocated to Parish Athletics to create a collaborative community to support the students of Holy Spirit School and Parish Athletics during Falcon Week. This year's Falcon Walk will focus on raising the funds needed to install a new artificial turf field behind the Ministry Center. This field will provide more access to play during recess, after school care, summer camp, sports practices, and community events.
During this campaign, we encourage students to give back to their school community while earning prizes for their efforts! Funds are tracked By STUDENT (not family) and prizes are awarded during Falcon Week ending with a fun school-wide walk, hosted by PTO, and the Falcon Fest celebration, hosted by Holy Spirit Athletics.
Every student has the opportunity to win one of these GREAT PRIZES!
INDIVIDUAL STUDENT PRIZES:
$400 Raised: One entry into a random drawing to be our Walk Grand Marshall!
Winners (one for K-8 and one for preschool) will lead the school on Walk Day; receive a $50 gift card for either spirit wear or Play Things; and earn a PJ Day for their class!
$250 Raised: Teacher Pie in the Face Throw at Falcon Walk!
$100 Raised: FalconFest Wrist Band for free activities at FalconFest!
$50 Raised: Skip the uniform and enjoy free dress for one day!
GROUP PRIZES:
100% GRADE participation by 9/25 (1 Donation - any $ amount) earns an Ice Cream Party!
The CLASS that raises the most money during Turf Battles earn a Candy Wagon delivery and bragging rights on 9/18!
The MIDDLE SCHOOL HOUSE that raises the most money by 9/25 will play the teachers in volleyball on Walk Day!
