We pursue our vision and mission through the strategy of to and through the coach. We seek ministry first to coaches hearts, marriages and families. Then, when ready, we minister through coaches to their fellow coaches, teams and student-athletes.
Billy Graham said, "A coach will impact more people in one year than the average person will in an entire lifetime." With the influence of a coach, FCA recognizes the most strategic way to reach more athletes is to first reach the coach.

FCA Board Wars is a competition to raise funding for the 2021-2022 school year.
Across the state of Missouri, FCA is touching thousands of lives...one heart at a time. FCA challenges coaches and athletes to use the powerful platform of sport to reach every coach and every athlete with the transforming power of Jesus Christ.
As we start a new school year we pray that God would move in the lives of coaches and athletes while giving FCA an open door to share the Gospel.
Join us in this mission to reach every coach and every athlete with the Gospel through FCA Board Wars. Our board members will be competing against each other to help us meet our goal of $20,000.00. Meeting this goal will allow FCA to put a bible and other FCA resources in coaches and student athletes hands, it will allow FCA to minister to coaches and their spouse at our annual Marriage Retreat, and it could give a team the chance to attend and FCA Team Retreat.
