Fight Against Cancer supporting Alberta Cancer Foundation

This past May we lost our grandmother, due to kidney cancer. She was first diagnosed in the 1997, and fought this illness, and won the battle. She was in remission for the majority of her life. Unfortunately, last year it came back. She was tough and persistent. She never let anyone see or notice what she was going through. If you had seen her this past year you wouldn't have been able to tell the difference. This picture above with allthe grandkids was taken two days before she passed away on May 19 2020.
Our grandma has lived with us since we can remember. She has taken care of us, fed us, and always kept up with our fussy demands. Her positive actions will be an aspiration to us all. She would put the needs of others before hers. We will always remember her as the selfless and kind grandmother she was. Following in her footsteps we want to raise money and give back to all those who are affected by cancer. As well as to help further research on this disease to hopefully someday find a cure.
On Sep 19, 2020, we are setting up a 21K Virtual Walk | Run To Support The Cross Cancer Foundation in honor of our grandmother, Gurmeet Randhawa.
Please join us on this cause and donate In The Loving Memory Of Our Grandmother, Who Was A True Advocate Of The Cross Cancer Foundation. Together we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by cancer. Our goal is to raise $50,000 to help fight cancer. Your tax-deductible contribution of $25 or more will help our community step up the fight against cancer.
We will also be dedicating this advocacy to all those we know who have cancer right now or have lost the battle.
