How does the auction work? Am I guaranteed a date with the bachelor?
Each bachelor represents an enticing, curated date/activity package that will be live auctioned at the event. Get in the thick of the action and place your bids with our expert auctioneers. You are bidding on the package itself; all dates and future communication is separate and by mutual agreement of both parties. A bid is a contract to buy.
Do I have to bid? Can I contribute in any other way?
No, bidding in the auction is not required (but it's fun!). You can support by purchasing a raffle ticket, making a donation, and generally hyping up the crowd!
Are all the firefighters single?
Only the bachelors will have date night packages to bid on. We have a team of both married and unmarried firefighters helping out at the Auction, since this is a fundraiser benefiting all departments.
What do I wear?
Dress in your sassiest cocktail or party outfit - it's Girls Night Out!
What is the difference between VIP and Spectator tickets?
VIP tables include a private booth with seating and a firefighter host, amongst other perks. Spectators can view the action and join the party, with seating not guaranteed. Spectators are also welcome to bid on bachelors or firehouse dinners as well!
I've bought a VIP Private Table or Ticket- now what?
After purchasing a VIP Private Table or Ticket, our VIP Manager will reach out to you with more information about the evening. VIP Private Table purchasers will also be contacted for their table guest list.
Can I purchase a ticket at the door?
Yes, you can purchase a ticket at the door if tickets are still available. Spectator - Female will be $65 and Spectator - Male will be $100 at the door.
Can I get a refund if I can't go?
There are no refunds on ticket/table purchases.
Is my credit card required? Should I bring cash?
No, a credit card is not required to attend the auction but is necessary for purchasing packages. Once you win a package or dinner, one of our representatives will come to collect and confirm your credit card information.
Cash is encouraged to buy raffle tickets or make contributions to the boots to support the mission pillars. Venmo is also accepted on site.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
All attendees must be 21 or older on the night of the event.
Is there food?
There are no food options in KAOS. Please enjoy one of the many dining options at The Palms.
Where can I park once I arrive?
There is ample self parking at the Palms, or you can valet your vehicle. We highly recommend using taxi or a rideshare program, especially if you will be enjoying the event with some adult beverages.
Is there a hotel discount if we're attending the Auction?
The hotel is not offering a discount for auction attendees.
