Mike had it pretty tough in school. Because he was in a Special Ed class, kids made fun of him and he didn't have many friends. He was called every bad name in the book and always felt bad about himself

But lucky for Mike, he discovered Special Olympics and instantly found a place where he was accepted just the way he was. Today, Mike is an amazing athlete, outstanding spokesperson for Special Olympics and a loyal friend and teammate. He is just one example of the remarkable difference Special Olympics makes, and you are helping to make that happen.
