Great Trail Council, Scouting America proudly serves over 6,000 Scouting families throughout Summit, Portage, Medina, Northern Wayne, Trumbull, and Mahoning counties. Through our dynamic programs, we prepare young people with essential skills that shape values, character, leadership, citizenship, teamwork, and physical fitness. Our mission is to make these opportunities available to all youth, including those from economically disadvantaged communities.

Train over 2,000 dedicated adult volunteers.
Provide financial assistance and camperships to remove barriers to participation.
Fund transformative Eagle Scout service projects that impact local communities.
Maintain and enhance three camps spanning over 900 acres, featuring $325,000 in program equipment, three pools, three lakes, and numerous cabins and facilities.
