How Your Support Makes a Difference

Every dollar you raise helps UHCCF provide medical grants to great kids like Sully.

Sully was diagnosed with chronic otitis media which caused frequent ear infections. With the help of a UHCCF medical grant, Sully was able to have life-changing surgery and no longer suffer from chronic issues, and he is able to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
