What is the deadline to earn individual prizes for raising funds?

Individual totals will be calculated at 9pm on Thursday, October 2 so that we can ensure students receive their sunglasses and headbands for the Fun Run. 

What is the fundraising deadline for earning class and grade prizes? 

Class and grade totals will be calculated at 9pm on Friday, October 3 to determine the top three classes winning prizes (bowling party, limo ride, pizza party, Kona Ice). Winners will be announced at school on Monday! All grades who have reached their fundraising goal by 10/3 will receive a popcorn and movie party on 11/3. 

When will my child receive their Fun Run shirt?

All shirts will be distributed to students on Friday morning to ensure each child has theirs for the event. In the event your child receives their shirt on Thursday please ensure your child wears their shirt Friday morning. 

What should my child wear to the Fun Run?

Please send your kids to school in a t-shirt that will be replaced or covered by the Fun Run shirts. They may wear any school-appropriate bottoms they would like - the more colorful, the better! Students may choose to wear tutus, fun socks, and other accessories. Please note that all items are likely to be covered in color powder (with the exception of preschoolers). 

Can I come watch the Fun Run?

Parents and family members are welcome to attend the Fun Run. We will have a spectator section roped off on the course, and we ask that you remain in that area during the event. Volunteers will be assigned to different areas and must have a background check on file with the school prior to the event. 

Will I be able to take my child(ren) home after the Fun Run?

No, all students must remain at school for regular dismissal. It is school policy that students may not be signed out directly from field trips or events. 

When will other Fun Run prizes be distributed? 

Neon glasses, St. Michael sports headband  will be distributed on 10/3.
