Terms and Conditions for Charitable Gift Promotion

This charitable gift promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Dole Food Company, Inc. (“Sponsor”). Any donation made through https://p2p.onecause.com/getfit2025/team/doles-get-fit-team (the “Partner Page”) as part of the Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions. 

Subject to these terms and conditions, and as thanks for your generous contribution, once you have completed your Donation on the Partner Page gifts will be sent to the mailing address provided upon donation, within the continental U.S. and Hawaii only; no P.O. boxes. Please be sure you provide your physical mailing address as part of the donation process. You may expect your gift to arrive at the address provided within 60 days after you submit your information.

The Promotion is open to only legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in his or her jurisdiction, whichever is greater) as of the Promotion start date. Promotion begins on 1/15/25 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 2/15/25 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Donor shall receive only one prize based on the donor’s highest qualifying donation amount, subject to these terms and conditions. 

All gifts provided in connection with this Promotion are provided “as is” and may vary from pictures. There is a limit of one gift per person. No exchange of any gift is permitted. Donor is solely responsible for any applicable taxes and fees and related disclosures/tax filings in connection with the Donation. The Promotion may be available only for a limited time and is valid only while supplies last. Gift available only to the first 500 donors who make a donation on the Partner Page.  If Sponsor determines that there is abuse of the Promotion, Sponsor may cancel any gift with no obligation to fulfill it and/or any other Promotion offer. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel any gift or demand a return of a gift due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of the Promotion and seek any legal recourse it deems necessary in connection therewith. Sponsor may revoke, modify, or terminate this Promotion at any time for any reason, subject to compliance with applicable laws. Void where prohibited.
