About Rockford No Limits 5K Run 2019

On June 22, 2019, GiGi’s Playhouse Rockford will host our 3rd Annual NO LIMITS 5K Run/Walk in celebration of our all our courageous individuals who challenge perceptions and push the boundaries of their perceived limitations on a daily basis.  Designed for the entire family, this event has something for people of all ages and abilities.  Featuring a 5K Walk/Run, a 1-Mile Inspirational Walk, a Kids’ Dash for Down Syndrome, our NO LIMITS Family March, and a Family Fun Festival, this event is one you don’t want to miss!

At GiGi’s, our mission is to inspire and empower individuals with Down syndrome to succeed in life.  Dreams, hopes, and plans for the future are the driving force behind the Playhouse.  We set high expectations and encourage all our participants to be their “Best of All” in everything they do.  There are NO LIMITS to what they can achieve!  We ask that you consider supporting this important event as a participant, donor, or sponsor.  Please join us as we strive to turn can’t, shouldn’t, and won’t into CAN, SHOULD, AND WILL!  #StrongerTogether

Why Participate?

GiGi’s Playhouse Down Syndrome Achievement Center’s mission is to change the way the world views Down syndrome through national campaigns, educational programs, and by empowering individuals with Down syndrome, their families and the community. We offer free therapeutic and educational programming to individuals with Down syndrome and their families.

How your support makes a difference

Through free programs and through our Generation G Campaign for global acceptance, we EMPOWER families by maximizing opportunities for daily achievement and lasting acceptance. To ensure lasting acceptance, we must show the world what individuals with Down syndrome are truly capable of achieving as students, co-workers, volunteers, friends, and valued members of their communities. Our program outcomes help advance this vital social impact goal.
