Ride, run, swim, dance or walk as little or as much as you want. Commit to a healthy living goal. Give yourself a challenge of any type you desire…and then fundraise as much as you can. There are no minimums and 100% of your funds will go to support the Cancer Centre of your choice.
It’s really that simple.
Train for a Gran Fondo, triathlon, 5k or marathon. Join your local cycling club and join weekend group rides. Try out open water swimming. Start paddle boarding. Learn a new language. However high we aspire, we’ll go together.
The good news? Exercise, diet, friendship and having a sense of purpose are the most important ways to avoid cancer!
