About Good Neighbor Day for David's Refuge
Help David's Refuge earn $10,000 at the Good Neighbor Day Syracuse Mets game presented by Northland Communications
The goal is simple - Be the Charity who sells the most tickets, and raises the most money on Good Neighbor Day and receive a $10,000 gift from Northland Communications!
How can you help?! Simple.
- Purchase tickets for the Game on June 28th ($4 comes back to David’s Refuge)
- Bring a crowd with you! Share this page with family and friends, encouraging them to purchase their tickets or make a gift.
- Host a FUN-Raiser for David's Refuge. Check out these ideas and tips to keep it FUN and be sure to let us know how you plan to celebrate caregivers!
Whether you're an avid baseball fan, or simply want to enjoy a family night out while supporting caregivers in our community this is a night for you! Thank you so much to all those that came out to Harvey's Garden on June 26th! 50% of all beer sales were donated back to David's Refuge! All funds raised from this event went towards supporting David's Refuge in the Good Neighbor Day at the Mets on June 28th. The Charity that raises the most will receive a $10,000 gift from Northland Communications - Your participation helped make a HUGE IMPACT!!!

We're so grateful to our friends at SUNY Oswego who hosted a Father's Day Raffle to support David's Refuge! This amazing team likes to have some fun with their SEFA Campaign, and we're grateful for their hard work and support. Because of these Good Neighbors, we've added $1,000 to this amazing night!

Parenting can be a difficult journey under any circumstances, but it's especially challenging for those who provide full-time care to children with special needs. David's Refuge brings respite, resources and support to these caregivers reminding them that they are not alone, what they do matters, and that they are loved by God and this community. Wellness, Community and Respite programs empower caregivers to lead their families with strength and grace.
