After careful consideration, we’ve decided to shift gears and move the date to May(be) 29, 2021. Although our communities are beginning to reopen, the planning team agreed that we will not be able to host the event we envision in September.

About the Ride

Join us in the most epic charity bike ride and support Grand River Hospital. This year is special as we honour the hospital's 125th anniversary. 

There are four different ride experiences to choose from, depending on your experience level and fundraising goal. 

Pick your ride and get ready for an amazing day! Whether you are a pro tour rider or about to dust off the CCM, we have a ride for everyone. 

*Please note that we closely monitor and assess how local and provincial COVID-19 guidelines affect the event. We will keep everyone updated as plans change. 

Grand Ride: CLASSIC 

The road ride classic is back! Over 100 kilometres of beautiful countryside with multiple groups divided by speed. All groups will have a marshall to help you navigate the day and the rides will be fully supported with rest stops and a sag wagon. Your registration fee will include the amazing 2020 kit!

Distance: Approximately 100 kilometres

Registration Fee: $250.00

Fundraising Minimum: $2,500.00

Grand Ride: CRUNCH

If off-road is your thing, then this trail along the Hydrocut might just be the challenge you're looking for. The Hydrocut Trail system is consistently ranked as one of the top MTB riding destinations in Ontario and is recognized across Canada for its 30 kilometres of “flowing” trails that see over 40,000 visitors per year. 

Distance: Two hours of riding over multiple trails in the Hydrocut

Registration Fee: $50.00

Fundraising Ask: $500.00

Grand Ride: COMMUNITY   

Spin your legs and get ready for fun. This out and back route will feature rest stops and entertainment along the way. Turn around at any stop for an amazing choose your distance ride. Wear your Grand Venture shirt for the chance at special prizes. If you have purchased a Grand Venture shirt or sign we will add $50 to your fundraising goal to get you underway!

Distance:  20 kilometre and 40 kilometre routes

Registration Fee: $50.00

Fundraising Ask: $250.00

Grand Ride: CRUISE

Thank you for all you do! Thank you for being a part of this amazing community. We would like to invite you to bring the family out for an Ice Cream cone and to celebrate and cheer on our intrepid riders. Mom or Dad participating in the Classic or Community ride? Bring out the rest of the family to welcome them to the finish line. We can't wait to see you there.
