Granted opens House of Hope, a unique and welcoming campus dedicated to serving children with life-threatening conditions (Wish Children) and their families,

THEN…

Granted will have increased capacity to address the complex needs of Wish Children and their families and help them navigate the challenges they face on a daily basis. Over time, House of Hope will become a trusted resource for families in need and will help to raise awareness about the challenges faced by children with life-threatening conditions. This increased awareness will lead to greater support and advocacy from the community and will help to ensure that Granted is able to sustain its vital services to Wish Children and their families well into the future.

Wish Children and families will have improved physical and mental health, social well-being, and other positive outcomes contributing to family stability and overall quality of life.

The region will have a reduced service gap and improved overall system of care to serve the unique needs of Wish Children and their families through strengthened partnerships, referrals, and wrap-around support.

Centralizing services, support, and care coordination under one roof in a facility that also provides spaces and opportunities for children and families to have fun, forget their troubles, build relationships and a community of support, has been shown to result in improved service efficiency, increased access, partnerships and positive outcomes for children and families.
