Thanks for joining the {{team.name}} who is participating in the 2027 Greater Sacramento Area 5K & Polar Plunge! If you are registering for a 5k team you are all set, but we hope you will consider dashing then splashing.

If you are Plunging, joining a team is a great way to have fun with your teammates while raising funds for such a great cause! Be sure and invite family and friends to join your team! After all, there is no better way to Plunge than to do it with your friends. Who else can you count on to take a splash to the face for a good cause?

You are all set and can start raising funds for Special Olympics. Plungers & Chickens must raise a minimum of $125 in order to participate. If you registered as part of the Cool School team, you must raise a total of $50 to participate. To earn a t-shirt and lunch you must raise a minimum of $125.

❄️If you haven't already done it, link your fundraising page to your Twitter, Facebook and Instagram accounts.

❄️Invite your friends to join you, but make it a personal invitation. If you direct them to your page at
{{participantUrl}} they can register and automatically be added to your team for some friendly competition.

❄️Share your fundraising goal. Make it a little challenging but reasonable. People will want to help you reach your goal.
