Debra is participating in the Great Gutsby Gala to raise awareness for Crohn's, Colitis, and other inflammatory bowel diseases
As some of Debra Landa's closest friends, family, and colleagues, we welcome you to join us in this special celebration where we will honor her with the 2023 Chair's Citation Award for her outstanding leadership within the D.C., Maryland and Virginia Chapter. As many of you know, Debra has diligently served the chapter in various leadership roles in response to her son Jacob's diagnosis of Crohn's disease. His IBD changed their entire family's approach to life as they learned to adjust to living with feeding tubes, infusions, fatigue, and dietary restrictions when Jacob was at his sickest. As a mom wanting to help her struggling son, Debra relied heavily on the much-needed support of the Foundation to provide guidance during this very scary time.
We would be thrilled to have you join us as the community celebrates her and thanks her for her leadership, generosity and influence. With only a few months until the event, we hope you will participate in helping Debra reach her goal.
