Michelle is participating in the Great Gutsby Gala to raise awareness and funds for our mission at the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation
We are excited to invite you to an Evening of Hope at the Great Gutsby Gala to be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at the National Building Museum where we will honor Michelle Freeman with the 2023 Richard Kay Memorial Award. Michelle is a dynamic philanthropic leader in our community and we are thrilled to recognize her as we raise awareness and funds for our critical mission at the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation. We hope you will join us at this special evening and in celebrating Michelle!
The Richard Kay Memorial Award was created in Rick’s honor to carry on his legacy and to award future deserving recipients for their own generous charitable support, influence, and impact within the local community. In the words of Michelle, “let’s make Rick proud by doing good in his passing and by supporting great causes worthy of our time and attention.”
As some of Richard Kay's closest friends, family, and colleagues, you are fortunate to have a front row seat to his dynamic spirit in life, leadership, passion and generosity. We are asking you to join us in honor of Richard and Michelle as the 2023 recipient and in support of this critical mission of finding cures for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis. Our goal is to raise at least $500,000 and we hope you will help us to reach and surpass that goal. We kindly ask you support by a direct donation to the Fund the Mission, becoming a sponsor and/or joining us in person to celebrate Michelle through purchasing a table and/or tickets at www.GreatGutsbyDC.com.
