Join us for the Heritage Hero Run + Stroll + Roll!
Experience a day of fun at our new venue—the beautiful Ontario Beach Park and Charlotte Pier!
Whether you:

📣 cheer on participants and enjoy the family-friendly festivities,
there’s a way for everyone to be a hero.

The 5K race is part of the Rochester Runner of the Year Series. Don’t miss this opportunity to be qualified!
One-mile Stroll: $20

Online registration is open through 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 25.
In-person registration: 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 26 (also packet pick-up)

Event Schedule
9 a.m. - 5K race (registration begins at 8a.m.)
10:30 a.m. – One-Mile Stroll + Roll (registration begins at 9:30 a.m.)
9:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. – Enjoy a day filled with music, games, bounce houses, and plenty of family fun. New this year, stop by our Heritage Hero Health Hub, where local health professionals and fitness enthusiasts will be on-site to share expert tips on staying healthy while training and beyond. Many will also offer their services to Heritage Hero participants during the event. Be sure to visit our Village of Heroes to connect with event sponsors and learn more about the valuable services they provide in the community.
