This fun, community-focused event brings all of us together to raise critical funds for Lazarus House to continue to meet the needs of the increasing number of Guests who find themselves without the necessary Food, Clothing and Shelter for their families.

On Sunday, September 24, 2023, join us for the HIKE for HOPE 5K Walk/Run at The Park in Andover or virtually. Become a walker and fundraiser for Lazarus House to help us meet the increasing need our guest experience throughout the year.

11:30 AM - Registration/Check-in begins
1:00 PM - Hike for Hope 5K Walk/Run kicks off
Kids activities - Face Painting, Temporary Tattoos, Balloon Twisting, Games and more

Come Help Us Celebrate Our 40th Anniversary

In this, our 40th year of service to the Merrimack Valley, Lazarus House Ministries renews our Founders' commitment to St. Mother Teresa to provide our Guests Food, Clothing, Shelter, Advocacy, and Community Outreach. Our work in offering Food, Clothing, and Shelter is but the basics of instilling dignity and respect in our Guests. Events like Hike for Hope 2023 assists us in accelerating families in establishing worthwhile employment, schooling for their children, and a return to a healthy lifestyle that sustains them for years, not just weeks. Many of our Guest's have gone on to own their own businesses, become leaders in our community and instill in their children the need to help others. Thank you for participating in this most worthwhile event, and we hope you have a great Hike for Hope this year.

How does it work? It's Easy, Just Follow These Steps!

Participate in our 5K Walk/Run and Food Drive on Sunday, September 24, 2023.

1) Register and Join a Team! Friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, partners, anyone can join your team. Registration is $30. Click the 'Join or Start a Team' or 'Register as an Individual' buttons at the top of this page to get started!

2) The Hike for Hope 2023 also allows you to build camaraderie, motivate employees, and improve team performance while at the same time raising funds for a cause that provides for women and children. Follow the team registration choice on our registration page.

3) Once you register, a fundraising page is created for you with built-in tools to fundraise via social media, email or text. Through your fundraising page, you will be able to reach out to your network to help you reach your personal fundraising goal. Before you know it, you will be a fundraising rock star!

5) Get Social with us on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook. Post photos, videos, and tag @lazarushouseministries, #HikeforHope2023 and get your friends and family involved.

6)) Special prizes will be awarded to the top three individuals and the top team who raise the most funds.
