I'm participating in the digital challenge for Safe Passage, since a pandemic will prevent the much beloved Hot Chocolate Run fundraiser from taking place as an event in Northampton. I'm trying to hit 3,000 minutes of physical activity by December 6th for my part of the collective goal of half a million minutes. (Currently, I'm at 15% of that goal.) But I'm also trying to raise money for Safe Passage in the process. Last year, I didn't quite fulfill my bargain of doing the karaoke song of the donors choice (although mostly it was because I was sick for a while and then a pandemic happened).
However, I've found a new way to embarrass and make a fool of myself for the sake of the cause. If you donate here by December 6th, I will record myself doing a Just Dance routine of your choice! I've hand-picked a number of routines that are a good mixture of I kinda know and will still look so silly doing. There are tiers to this.

Is this very silly? Of course. Will this help raise money? Probably not. But if it gets an extra donation or two, that's good, right? Besides, it's gonna be winter soon and Just Dance will be my go-to cardio when we can't really go outdoors much again.
Thought about streaming it, but I think I'll just record them as they come in and post them as a means to keep bugging people for money for this cause.
