Is this donation tax deductible?
Homeless Prevention Council. is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization and your donation is tax-deductible within the guidelines of U.S. law. To claim a donation as a deduction on your U.S. taxes, please keep your email donation receipt as your official record. We'll send it to you upon successful completion of your donation.
Why should I walk this year?
We walk this year to:
- prevent homelessness by assisting individuals and families who are at risk of losing their housing
- raise funds for HPC, which offers the tools to help at-risk clients keep their housing and attain financial independence.
- support HPC's dedicated case managers who guide clients out of crisis and toward stability
