The Western Soph's and the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation are teaming up on August 28th, 2019 to host the Inside Ride for their 7th event!

 At Coast to Coast we could not be more proud of our partnership with the Western University and honoured to have you by our side in the fight against childhood cancer.


Create a team of 6, register and join us for a day of friendly competition between friends.


Online registration closes on August 26th, 2019 @ 10:00AM

Fundraising minimum is $600 per team

Event Day Schedule

12:00 PM – Team Captains - DROP AND GO Check In - ONLY Team captains need do so

12:45 PM – Teams to Bikes for last minute instructions

  1:00 PM – Opening Ceremony & Dedication

  1:15 PM – We Ride! 6 rounds of cycling, 10 minutes each, at a fun pace. There's a break between each round to switch cyclists.

  2:30 PM – Medals and Thanks!
