Inside Ride: Ottawa Region

Elmwood and the Coast to Coast Against Cancer Foundation supported by Nokia are teaming up again on February 4th to bring The Inside Ride to your school for your 4th event. All funds raised are in support of Candlelighters Ottawa.

Team Packages Submitted by January 31st

Fundraising minimum is $300 per team.

Event Day Schedule

3:30 PM – Participants excused from class
3:45 PM – Teams to Bikes for last minute instructions
4:00 PM – Opening Ceremony & Dedication
4:10 PM – We Ride! 6 rounds of cycling, 10 minutes each, at a fun pace. There's a break between each round to switch cyclists.
5:25 PM – Medals and Thanks!
