What are the race times? 
The Survivors’ Walk will be at 8 a.m. Please plan to cheer them on and celebrate them!
​The 5K race will be at 8:30 a.m.
Runner Awards will start at 10 a.m.

When and where do I pick up my race bib, T-shirt and race day information? 

• Thursday, October 17 | 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Friday, October 18 | 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Where? Fleet Feet Sports in Jones Valley

Team Packet Pick-Up : Monday, Oct. 14., and Tuesday, Oct. 15. Team members will then coordinate picking up information and shirt with your team captain.

Are strollers/baby joggers allowed on the course?
For the safety of your child and the other participants, we strongly discourage the use of strollers and/or baby joggers. All participants who risk the use of strollers/baby joggers will be directed to the back of the race line up for the safety of that child and other participants.

Note: Dogs, skateboards, and bikes are NOT permitted on race day.

How can I purchase a luminary? 
By clicking here! If you would like to purchase your luminary in person, please visit the Women’s Pavilion during the month of October. Luminary sales are managed by the duMidi Woman’s Club of Huntsville.

How much does it cost to participate?
The $25 early-bird rate runs through Saturday, August 31. On September 1, the registration rate will be $30. The late registration rate of $40 will begin October 11. Register early and save!

How much does it cost to start a team?
There are no additional fees to start a team for Ribbon Run. All team participants need to do is find your team name then register with that team.

What do I do if I registered but didn't select the team I wanted to participate on? 
Please contact Katherine Flowers with Huntsville Hospital Foundation at katherine.flowers@hhsys.org. Send your first and last name along with the team you would like to join.

Do you have to have at least a minimum amount of people in order to have a team? 
Yes, we ask that your team is made of 10 or more registered participants. We ask this due to team packet packing logistics. If your team does not have 10 or more team members, you can still wear your team T-shirts, but as the team captain, you will not pick up your team member’s shirts and packets on the team packet pick up date.

Can I switch my registration from one runner to another? 
No, we have a no-transfer policy. It’s imperative that the registration data associated with your bib number belongs to you, the registered participant.

Are refunds available? 
No, we have a no refund and no transfer policy for the Liz Hurley Ribbon Run.

What are the age restrictions? 
There is no minimum age required to participate, but participants under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Both participants must be registered to participate in the Liz Hurley Ribbon Run.

**If a participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the registration form.
