1. Make sure to add lots of great pictures, a meaningful story and even a video to your campaign. This is the page your potential donors will land on, so you want to make sure it’s really compelling.

2. If you haven't already done it, you should link your Twitter and Instagram accounts. Then you can just use the #MarchofDimesDIY to keep your page updated with photos and videos that you share.

3. Invite friends to join you, but make it a personal invitation. If you direct them to your page at https://p2p.onecause.com/marchofdimes, they can register and be automatically added to your network for some friendly competition.

4. Reach out through social media, in-person asks, phone calls, texts and emails to invite others to participate. Share event information on all social channels, in local and online publications and through other avenues such as in school and faith communities. Sharing your campaign on all of your social media channels, as well as through email, is critical to getting more donations and spreading awareness for your cause.

5. Create a sense of urgency. Share the impact your supporters will make in communities like yours and across the country by fighting for the health of all moms and babies. The money you raise will automatically be sent to March of Dimes to start making an impact TODAY. So all you need to do is continue to share and update your supporters in order to drive the most donations to your campaign.
