It's time to ROUNDUP support for Meadows Elementary!  

The Mustang Roundup is designed as a fun way for the Meadows PTO to raise the funds needed to provide enriching experiences at the school.  The best part of this fundraiser is that 100% of what we raise goes directly to the PTO to be used to benefit the entire school.​

Our PTO in committed to funding many things at Meadows Elementary including:

  • Field trips
  • Class parties
  • Special events like Field Day
  • Teacher appreciation opportunities
  • Guest speakers like author visits
  • Fulfilling teacher request for classroom needs
  • Much, much more!

Why Participate?

The Mustang Roundup is your chance to support Meadows Elementary while helping students win FUN PRIZES!

There are many FUN ways that the Mustang Roundup celebrates achievements:  

  • Students Win Prizes: Every student who registers gets a bracelet and has a chance to win fun experience. The Mustang Roundup encourages families to work together as a team to win prizes. Every sibling attending Meadows Elementary will win all the rewards leading up to the prize level reached as a family.   

  • Schoolwide Celebration: As the school works together towards our goal, it fosters a vibrant school environment where every student and teacher feels valued.  Every student at Meadows Elementary will celebrate reaching our goal at a Dance Party!

  • Classroom incentives: Each classroom is competing against the others in their grade level to reach 100% participation. The classroom with the highest participation wins a POPSICLE PARTY!  (Participation is measured by students registering for the Mustang Roundup.)

  • Supporting Teachers: Not only do the funds raised help support the teachers in the classroom, but teachers can win prizes too!  In every grade level, the teacher of the top earning classroom earns time in the Money Booth to grab some Book Store credit!

    • Teacher Appreciation: Contributions help us say "thank you" to dedicated teachers through staff appreciation events and gifts. Showing appreciation helps foster a positive and motivating school culture.
