About 30 Day Mile Challenge

Customize your challenge that fits your fitness level. (ex. you can start with ¼ mile on Day 1, then increase everyday)

Day 2 – ½ mile, Day 3 –  ¾ mile and so on

For the utmost challenge, winner to receive bragging rights: who can do the most miles in 30 days?

By the end of the 30 days you should be at a minimum of 7.5 miles!

 

Complete them all at once or split them up into sets. If you miss a day, you must make it up! Try not to miss too many days, as it will be increasingly difficult to catch up. On the final day, all max are to be done and challenge completed. Your event coordinator will come around the stations throughout the 30 days to record the challenges and post on website. All proceeds to benefit AARBF and the burn survivors.
