Rooms must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by credit card or by making a deposit equal to one night's stay. Reservations that are cancelled after 4:00 PM two days prior to arrival will be subject to one night's room rental.
Guest check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Alternative check in/out times cannot be guaranteed but will be accommodated on a space available basis.
The group code on Hilton.com is MRI. The cut-off date for reservations is March 13th. Reservations received after this date will be subject to availability at current rates.
