This year, funds raised will support wellness at Helping Hand.  Our services support both physical and mental wellness, helping individuals with disabilities and their families live healthier lives. Ensuring access to care for people with disabilities is essential for the well-being and strength of our community.

Because movement promotes overall physical health and mental wellness for all, we invite you to join us for the 2026 Move With HH 5K!

For people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), movement is more than physical activity!

Movement.....

• Strengthens coordination and balance, empowering individuals to navigate daily life with greater confidence.
• Enhances focus, memory, and cognitive development, helping individuals learn and engage more fully.
• Builds friendships and social skills through shared experiences, teamwork, and play.

People with IDD are athletes, leaders, coworkers, friends, neighbors, and valued members of our community. With access to inclusive movement and wellness opportunities, individuals served by Helping Hand build confidence, achieve personal goals, and live healthier, more fulfilling lives.
