Mutt March is the only dog festival of its kind along the Treasure Coast! The event will take place on Saturday, March 23, at Memorial Park in Stuart. This year, the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast will partner with the City of Stuart and Students4H2O at Memorial Park in combining the Mutt March with WaterFest into one giant, FREE event for all to attend.
