About Mutt Strut 2025
Join the team from IndyHumane at Mutt Strut 2025!
Since 2004, we've been running to raise money to improve animal welfare in central Indiana. This year, we're returning to downtown Indianapolis at Celebration Plaza at White River State Park. Whether you're running the competitive 5K, or strutting your stuff on the 1K fun run, everyone is welcome to join in the fun. Bring the whole family - including your canine companions! In addition to the race, we'll have a Family Fun Zone and, of course, our famous Dachshund Derby.
All registered participants receive a Mutt Strut t-shirt, a swag bag full of fun stuff, and one (1) drink ticket. Runners in our competitive 5K will also receive a commemorative finisher medal.
Lead your pack to victory in our team fundraising challenge to have your pup featured in next year's logo as the Top Dog! Prizes will be awarded to the top individual and top pack fundraisers.

Why Participate?
Run for a cause! IndyHumane is a private 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. We receive no government funding and rely entirely on donations to support our organization.
Your support enables us to feed, care for, and provide medical treatment for animals in our shelter until they find their forever home. It costs $30 a day to house an animal in the shelter, so every dollar raised truly makes a difference.
Fundraisers like Mutt Strut also allow us to serve other community animals through programs like our low-cost vaccine clinic and low-cost spay/neuter services.
Without the assistance of exceptional people like you, IndyHumane wouldn’t be able to provide the high-quality care the animals in our community deserve.
