18 National Riders will cycle relay style across Canada in two teams. Both teams are fully supported with medics, mechanics, RMTs and full crew. Participants will have an opportunity to visit some of Canada's Children's Hospitals in their journey including BCCH, Sick Kids and more. Along the way, 6 Stage Riders will join the National team for 3-12 days in key locations including Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg and Toronto. In Calgary and Toronto we mark The Day of Action where cyclists are invited to join the cause and ride with the team.
Don't have the time to commit to riding, join us for a day, a week or 18 days as a virtual rider.
2019 marks the 11th year we travel across Canada supporting childhood cancer research.

Riders, volunteers and crew meet and connect with hundreds of families impacted by childhood cancer at various rest stops and hospitals across the country. Together we inspire hope, learn about the amazing work by cancer professionals, enjoy the warmth and comfort offered by the entire Canadian community, fall in love with the towns and cities we visit and most importantly we are encouraged and invigorated by the families and children we meet along the way.
One mission of the National Kids Cancer Ride is to raise meaningful research dollars to make a significant, lasting impact on the survival rate, and quality of life of kids, living with and beyond cancer.
