2024 New Day Breakfast

Every year, hundreds of community members come together to create a new day for survivors at Newhouse, Kansas City's first + oldest domestic violence shelter. 

This year, five Event Honorees are stepping up to raise life-changing funds for survivors who call Newhouse their temporary home. All proceeds from the event go to the programs + services offered at Newhouse including:

Therapeutic services for adults + children

Client care navigation including financial literacy, job placement, and finding housing

Educational enrichment for K-12 grade students + an early learning center for birth to pre-K kids

Legal services including restraining orders, child custody + divorce cases

This year, we are on a mission to raise $50,000 for survivors at Newhouse to ensure they have all the resources needed to heal.
