Southeastern Connecticut's Annual Walk to End Homelessness benefitting

In 2026, the New London Homeless Hospitality Center marks twenty years of serving individuals experiencing homelessness across Southeastern Connecticut. What began in 2006 as a grassroots response to a tragic loss has grown into a regional network of prevention, outreach, shelter, housing navigation, and long-term support.
Southeastern Connecticut’s Annual Walk to End Homelessness is an invitation to you—our committed community—to show up, stand alongside our neighbors experiencing homelessness, and help drive real solutions together. Your participation fuels the work ahead: expanding access to safety, dignity, and stable housing for every person who needs it.
Join us as we honor two decades of partnership and take the next steps, together, toward a region where homelessness is rare, brief, and a one-time experience. There will be food, music, and opening remarks at Parade Plaza. Other local non-profits will also be present to inform you about their work. Come see for yourself the strength of our community as we come together for a common cause.
