Join us as we kick off our 3rd Virtual Fitness Challenge!

Imagine this: A 7-day journey from March 11 to March 18, where you take on a personal fitness adventure. Your challenge? Fit in 50 minutes of exercise each day AND fundraise a minimum of $100, helping us mark NVFS' amazing 100-year anniversary. The best part? You choose the activity – whether it's a quick jog, a stroll, a dance session, or anything that gets your heart going.

It's not just about sweating it out; it's about making a positive change in your life while supporting NVFS' SERVE Campus. The whole event happens online, so you can join from the comfort of your own space. But wait, there's more! This challenge is about community too. Get friends, family, and social circles to contribute towards your fundraising goals. Every dollar goes straight to NVFS' mission and the important programs at the SERVE Campus.

So, tie those shoe laces, power up your phones, and join us in the Strides for Stronger Families Fitness Challenge. Let's make every step count—for your health and the community we're proud to support.

How to participate:

You can create a team, join a team, or register as an individual.

Set up your fundraising page and share with family, friends, neighbors and coworkers. Don't forget to personalize it!

Track and log your fitness activity minutes between March 11 (starts 12:00am) and March 18 (ends 11:59pm).

Download the free Strava app prior to March 11 if you'd like to log your activity from your smartphone (you will be prompted to connect to your Strava account on the back-end of your fundraising page starting March 11). Minutes can also be input manually through your personal page. Click here for a tutorial on how to do both.

During the 7-day challenge week, there will be a daily prize raffle for all participants who either meet the $100 fundraising challenge AND/OR who have completed 50 minutes of physical activity for the day. If you meet both the fundraising challenge AND the daily physical goal, you will be entered twice!

As you fundraise throughout January, February, and March, don't forget to check back in on March 11 to start the Challenge!
