EVENT DETAILS
The 17th Annual OK Classic is right around the corner. The Classic is a full-day festival with fun for everyone that features a co-ed, 14-inch softball tournament, great local food and drinks, kids entertainment, contests, raffles and more. Each year, this event has a broad reach and attracts hundreds of players, spectators, and supporters from the local community and surrounding areas.
The OK Classic was our original fundraiser back in 2007 and still serves as one of our most important days of the year to gather community in connection with the mission. Help us change the local landscape for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by sponsoring the Classic this year. Check out our sponsorship packages outlined below. Make sure your commitment is in by September 9th–you won’t want to miss the chance to be a part of the excitement!

First Round Games Begin | 8:00AM (subj to change based on total # of teams)
Mid Day Ceremonies - Pause Tournament Play | 12:00 PM -- Greetings, Thanks & Mission Moment, followed by honors & prizes for top team and individual fundraisers
The Alex Kolovitz Memorial Warrior Showdown | 12:30 PM -- Exhibition Game: OK Warriors vs. WSSRA Bobcats dedicated in memory of beloved Warrior & Bobcat Alex Kolovitz
Tournament Play Resumes | 1:30 PM
Championship Game | 7:30pm (subj to change based on total # of teams)
REGISTRATION DETAILS | SOFTBALL
Team registration will open at 7:00 pm on Monday, July 29th. Registration is limited and based on a first-come, first served format. Teams that raise $5,000 or more from the 2023 event guarantee a team reservation. Sponsors that commit at +$5K are also reserved a team slot. This year we had four teams who qualified for an automatic reservation leaving only 12 team slots left for general registration!
- The team fee is $1500.
- Teams are NOT required to satisfy the fee at time of registration.
- Teams are afforded the option of raising funds via the peer-to-peer fundraising platform hosted on this site to meet the fee.

REGISTRATION DETAILS | O'KICKBALL
The O’Kickball Classic is a kickball tournament just for middle schoolers. This new feature embeds inside of the bigger event, The OK Classic, which takes place on the same day at the same park. Two fields will be dedicated to The OK Classic Softball Tournament, two fields will be dedicated to The O’Kickball Classic. This new feature of the Classic offers our younger generation of Warrior Champions a chance to experience the mission in a friendly, inclusive and kickin’ competition. Get ready to kick, run and have a few laughs with Opportunity Knocks.
- The team fee is $500.
- Teams are NOT required to satisfy the fee at time of registration.
- Teams are afforded the option of raising funds via the peer-to-peer fundraising platform hosted on this site to meet the fee.
Traditionally, teams and players work together to reach out to friends and family to raise funds toward the overall team goal and the greater organizational goal of $85,000 for the event. Recently, we have seen teams exercise their creativity by reaching out to sponsors to help support team fundraising, host events and do all other sorts of things to reach the team fee. Got a new idea!? Run it by us and we’ll do what we can to support your efforts or collaborate.
