Get ready for a pickleball party like no other—the 3rd Annual TPG Paddle Palooza is here! We’re calling all paddle pros and court conquerors to grab a partner, bring the spins, and join the smashin’ showdown. It’s fast-paced, high-energy fun for a great cause—where the dills are thrilling and the volleys are victorious.
This year’s Paddle Palooza benefits two Seattle-based nonprofits—The Light Collective and Outdoors for All. Together, we’re helping expand access to healing, inclusion, and life-changing experiences in our local community.
The Light Collective provides free, trauma-informed counseling and mental health support to youth and families facing significant barriers to care. Through compassionate, accessible services, they help individuals heal, build resilience, and thrive.
Outdoors for All empowers children and adults with disabilities through adaptive outdoor recreation. By creating access to activities like skiing, cycling, and paddling, they foster confidence, connection, and a lifelong love of the outdoors.
About the TPG Foundation
Founded in 2020, the TPG Foundation is a 501(c)(3) that drives meaningful community impact through signature fundraising events like the TPG Throwdown and Paddle Palooza. Our mission:
Making a difference in the communities where we live and work by investing in the health, wellbeing, and education of the next generation.
These events support our #Give30 Campaign, a commitment to give back $30 million by 2030 to our employees and communities. Thank you for being part of the impact.

The Foundation’s focus is on root-cause issues and corresponding non-profits, so that TPG can:
- help our communities thrive, and
- support the next generation in moving upward and onward.
The goal is to “move the needle forward” for a small, select group of non-profit organizations so that they achieve their big goals. We want to give significant and game-changing gifts to those non-profits that are making a big difference.
