About Paddle for Health Vancouver
A family-friendly paddling fundraiser hosted by Deep Cove Kayak supporting families living with the challenges of childhood cancer. This is one of three such events across Canada mobilizing paddling communities to use their passion, limbs, and lungs to help create a world beyond kids cancer.
No previous paddling experience or your own vessel is required - you can use one of Deep Cove Kayaks! Their team of experienced guides and safety crews will take care of you every step of the way. Launching from Deep Cove Kayak Centre, North Vancouver, you are in for a beautiful morning of relaxed paddling!
We look forward to sharing with you a day filled with smiles, prizes, and inspiration!
- Date: Sunday September 22nd ,9am
- Registration: There's no registration fee!
- Fundraising: Raise what you can but we ask for a minimum commitment of $100 per person
- Deep Cove Kayak have 15 double kayaks and 25 single kayaks available so it's first come first serve!
- Paddles Up at 9am, but please arrive by 8:30am to enjoy a little coffee with us and to ensure everyone is ready for a 9am departure.
