Following the incredible success of our inaugural Pickleball for POGO event — which raised over $40,000 — we are thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual Pickleball for POGO tournament!
This year’s fundraiser is proudly hosted by First Avenue Investment Counsel and EMBLEM Developments in support of The Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario (POGO).
This internal tournament brings our teams together for a spirited day of pickleball with a powerful purpose. The day is about more than just pickleball — it’s a shared commitment to ensuring children with cancer receive the specialized care and support they deserve.

The funds you raise provide financial assistance to families so they can pay for out-of-pocket costs associated with their child’s treatment, support survivors with customized school and work counselling when their disease or its treatment has left them with learning challenges, and fund promising research that examines the impact of childhood cancer and its treatment.
