Mammograms are available every 15 minutes from 7am-10:45am.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Appointments recommended but not required. Walk ups are on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee spots if you do not register ahead of time.

Mammogram requirements:

• ​Minimum 35 years of age (or doctors order if younger than 35 with NO symptoms)
  
• Have not had a mammogram in the last year (12 months)
  
• No symptoms
• Live in Arizona
• ID (drivers license, government ID, passport, other photo ID)
• Doctor name & phone number (to receive results)
  
• Priority to uninsured women
• If you have insurance, it will be billed
• Implants require a 30 minute appointment
