Racer Kits:
Teams must raise $500 to receive their racer kits. If this goal is not met by racer kit delivery date (May 5, 2025), a pdf racer bib will be emailed for teams to print off and wear while racing. If you reach your $500 goal after this date, racer kits will be dispatched to your team captain, but arrival in time for race start cannot be guaranteed.
Early Bird Registration Incentive:
Teams that register all 4 racers by April 11, and raise $500 by race kit delivery (May 5, 2025) will receive an additional Fjallraven backpack in their racer kit*.
* Limited to the first 30 teams that hit these requirements.
Pre-Race:
All teams start their race at Lukla Airport (elevation 2,860m).
Teams that raise $1,500 before 9 am on May 23rd will start their trek at Lobuche (elevation 4,860), the final settlement before reaching Everest Base Camp. It is a small village with a few teahouses and lodges for trekkers to stay overnight.
By reaching this goal, your team will only have 3,989, to climb.
Teams that raise $2,500 or more before 9 am on May 23rd will also be entered into a draw for 4 x one-night stays at Brentwood Bay Resort and Spa.
In-Race:
The racer who fundraises the most between 12pm Friday, May23rd - 12pm Sunday, May 24th (PST) wins a prize.
The racer who fundraises the most between 12pm Saturday, May 24th - 12pm Sunday, May 25th (PST) wins a prize.
The Fastest Team will win 4 x access tickets to Sea To Sky Gondola.
Door prizes for attending the Vancouver group hike on Friday May 23rd.
Door prizes (from Malahat Skywalk) for attending the Victoria group hike on Saturday May 24th.
Post-Race Awards:
