Push Paddle Pedal 2024 supporting Turnstone Center for Children and Adults With Disabilities
Turnstone Center for Children and Adults With Disabilities

We're Here to Motivate You to Get Moving!

Move 1,000 minutes from June 1  - July 31 in any way you choose! Inside or outside; alone or together; online and off, you can encourage your Push Paddle Pedal teammates and other friends and family to make physical activity a priority in their day.

How do I log my movement?

We encourage you to download and use the STRAVA app to log your activity - you can join our club here. To get started, Download the STRAVA app to log your minutes moved this summer. Once your STRAVA account is linked with your fundraising page, your activities will automatically upload to your profile (You can even sync your smart watch with STRAVA!) You can also manually add activities under the "manage my page" tab.  Join our Push Paddle Pedal community on STRAVA  to keep the competition going!

We also created a printable minute log that you can email lauren@turnstone.org at the end of the challenge.

NEW: email proof of your movement (via STRAVA screenshots or your movement log!) to lauren@turnstone.org at the end of the challenge to receive your Push Paddle Pedal completion medal!

We are moving from June 1 - July 31 and we want EVERYONE to be included!

Your summer challenge is to move 1,000 minutes and help Turnstone create possibilities, which might sound like a lot - but we at Turnstone believe anything is possible. Moving just 15 minutes a day until July 31st will help you reach your goal while ensuring that people with disabilities in our community receive the services and support they need most.

Do what you find most enjoyable - walking the trails, pushing your wheelchair around the neighborhood, or paddling along the rivers and lakes. No matter how you choose to move, every minute you log is a win!

Your $25 registration fee includes a Push Paddle Pedal 2024 t-shirt with the rest of the proceeds coming to benefit Turnstone's services and programs for people with disabilities. NEW: registrants who complete the challenge will receive a Push Paddle Pedal 2024 medal!
